Which virus is this?

In the last two days I have recieved two emails which read "I thought I'd send you this file to get your advice. Let me know what you think." or something to that effect. I heard on the news this was going around so I, of course, didn't open the attachment. Is this the CodeRedII or something different?

You can be sure it is not Code Red since it does not use E-mail to spred itself. What virus it is I do not know, but all I know is it is not Code Red but maybe another worm. Code Red uses servers to bread it and then spred it all ove rthe net like a fire hose.. and it only attacks NT based internet servers to my knowledge.

You did the right thing not opening it and aiding its spread all over the net.
