Which video card

Ok this is what i have
Asus p5k e wifi
core 2 duo e6600
2 gigs of corsair ram
250 gig hard drive
Sound will be on board
psu corsair 620
os will be windows xp home

what i need is a video card. This rig will be used for surfing the internet and watching movies. This will be for my mom so it wont be used for any hard core gaming( she may play a pc slot game or solitaire but thats it)
I need a video card that i can hook up to her 32 inch lcd tv. i would prefer something with hdmi but price/ performance is more the issue. I would also like to put my blu ray rips so she can watch those as well. I would like to spend no more than 40ish for the card but im open to all suggestions.

What do you recommend

play blu ray rips,h264,dvds with decent quality (no gaming)

Ok so im assuming no 3d gaming. In that case, something like the HD4550/HD4350 or geforce 9400GT will fit the bill perfectly.

Both cards are only $39 and will be plenty for what she needs. Personally i'd go with the ATI card as it will be faster in Blu-ray decoding.
