With the new ATI release of the 1900xt 256mb, which video card would you buy?? Would you get an 1900xt 512mb for $289 (that is after a 100 dollar MIR), an 1900xt 256mb for around $280 (MSRP), or a 7900gt for $289 (that is the Evga one that is factory overclocked to 580mhz core and 1580mhz memory). It will be going with a 6400 conroe system.

I'd wait till the prices drop more after the hard launch of the x1950xt and the other ATI xx50xt cards. (About 3 weeks) Otherwise the Sapphire card that Kromis suggested looks good

Ahh, very nice counter, Wreckage. I guess those cards will give each other a run for their money!

That's a tempting deal but really, its more indicative of its price without the need for rebates. As soon as x1950XTX is out.

BTW, IMO the x1950xtx is nice but really, it's what the x1900xtx should have been from the begining. For me, this is one revision to ignore.

Very true, but hopefully their price point of $399 will drive 1900 vid card prices down even more.

Wishful thinking?
