I'm looking for a video card that suits my requirement:

ATI chipset video card
Support for 2 monitors (1 LCD and 1 CRT)
Fully utilizes AMD Athlon XP 2.4 GHz.

Would that be an Athlon XP 2400+ or an Athlon XP overclocked to 2.4GHz? Either way, Radeon 9800 Pro.

Whichever's cheaper or has better cooling. If you plan on overclocking look at the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer heatsink, or just look for the HIS 9800 Pro with the VGA Silencer pre-installed (meaning your warranty stays intact).
 
Man, I've seen sooo many complaints about powercolour I'd get the Saphire even if it was more $.
