which video card to purchase?

If I can get the 2 video card below for the same price which one should I pick up?
Geforce 3 ti 500 64mb
or radeon 8500 64mb (not le)
Which card would be faster for games and which is better overall
thx
 
Tough decision...

GF3Ti500 is faster in most if not all games.

Radeon 8500 has better 2D and TV out.

Can't go wrong w/ either card.

However, if you have a fast P4 or Athlon system you may want to get at least the GF4Ti4200 or Radeon 9500.
 
Its mostly for light to medium gamming; nothing hardcore and I am on a tight budget so this is the only 2 card I can afford that is good.
Anyone else have any opinion?
