I'm looking for a cheap cheap video card, that will support hd output so I can hook it up to my HDTV. My tv has a DVI connection on it. Would any video card with DVI work?

Please help me out,
Thanks

Depends on what exactly your planning on doing with it, and I beleive there are more than one DVI standard, so you would have to make sure they are the same.

There are 2 types of DVI interface: DVI-I and DVI-D, most the the Graphics cards and HDTVs adopt DVI-I.
Yes all graphics cards with DVI output can work with HDTV with DVI input, but be noted that HDTV has a maximum resolution limit, which may require you to modify the setting of your computer to adapt to that resolution of HDTV.

A couple guys over at AVSforums.com recommended a FX5200.

Thansk for the replies, I'll get an FX5200 and see how it goes.
