Which video card to buy?

I have about $200 to spend on a new video card. I have looked at a gf4600, radeon 9500 pro, and a radeon 9700 (non pro). Looks like the fx 5600 is going to be a little slower than the competition, but I have considered that too. I have to go oem to afford the 9700.....am I taking a chance if I go with oem on that? I have really overcomplicated things for myself on this one, so all input is greatly appreciated!

Both "built by" ATI or Sapphire are great cards (in fact Sapphire is a manufacturer for ATI cards).
Can't do wrong with either one...

i dont know what the cards are going for from ati, or where you intend to shop...but be sure to buy from a known retailer like new egg or something, ive experienced some pure shitty ati customer (dis)service, along with not too well known vendors elsewhere, just over a few bucks
