which video card should I use ???

I am planning on building a new system fairly soon and I have two video cards left over that I never used in other systems I have built.

I am wondering which of these two cards would give me the better performance. First I know that neither of these cards are cutting edge technology, BUT I am NOT a gamer.

The first card is an ASUS model V9280S with 128mb memory (I think it is DDR) and the other is a Sapphire/ATI Radeon 9250 with 256mb DDR memory.

I know the Sapphire has twice the amount of memory of the ASUS, but the ASUS looks like it is built like a tank and it has a copper heat sink and a cooling fan over the heat sink while the Sapphire only has a small aluminum heat sink and NO fan.

Which of these two should I use ?

the sapphire.
the radeon is slower but silent(fanless), has same 2d image quality and i think uses less power.
