Which video card should i select? 5450 or 5750?

Hey,all guys, i am new here , i have a question, need your help.
I am a student now, i want to buy a new video card instead of my old one, i don't know how to choose.My friend suggest me go for Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon 5750 1GB PCI-E Video Card ,it is 1GB,good enough,but i think it is a little expensive, do you think so ?
I heard the Sapphire Radeon 5450 512MB HDMI Video Card is good,the price is very cheap,but i don't know how does it works?
Which one should i select? My budget is about $100 bucks!

those cards arent remotely in the same league. since you obviously dont know much about video cards you should really list all the specs of your pc first.

What toyota said. You should also tell us what you want to do with it. Watch movies? Play games? Something else?

i think the 2nd one it's better , that's what i would buy
