Which video card should I go with?

Which video card is better, I plan on watching movies, internet, email, games and streaming? 256MB NVIDA® GeForce? Go 6800 or ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128MB Graphic Chip (M11) Video ? Also if one card says 256mb as opposed to 128mb does that automatically make it the better one? Thank you.
 
Since the 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce? Go 6800 would perform much better than the ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128MB, so I'd go with the nVidia out of those two.

BTW, it's not better because it has twice the memory, but because the nVidia one is a current generation video card with improved GPU, while the ATI one is a previous gen card.
 
Well, the Mobility Radeon 9700 is really only a 4 pipe 9600XT core. So it's no contest at all actually.
