Which video card should I get for an 800x600 projector?

I've got a Shuttle HTPC w/ an Athlon64 3000+. It's connected to an Infocus X1 projector that maxes out at 800x600 resolution. I use the PC to watch videos and DVDs, but I also play games on it every once in a while. I've currently got an ATI 9550, but I'd like to get another AGP video card that hopefully I'll never have to upgrade until I get a new projector. I don't care about getting 200fps or anything like that, but it would be nice to be able to play pretty much any game that comes out at maximum quality, 800x600 resolution, and about 30fps. Since it's a Shuttle HTPC, I don't want to upgrade the motherboard, and I'd prefer a card that's not too loud. I was thinking about the NV 7300 or the ATI X1300 or X1600, but I'd appreciate any suggestions...

Thanks

Brad

I forgot to mention that my projector has a VGA input, so I don't care if the card has DVI out, SVideo out, HDTV out, or anything else like that...

Any modern card would do. The 6800GS will probably last you a year or even two at that resolution. Hell, my 9700 still plays most modern games fine at 1024x768, and its nearly four years later!

Thanks, but isn't a 6800GS a bit overkill? I'll spend as much as I need to, but I'd like the cheapest card that will do what I need. If I can get 30fps at 800x600 in games for $100-$150, I don't care about spending $300 so I can get 150fps. Any opinions on the best, cheapest card for 800x600 games?

i need to know the same for agp the cheap card for 1920x1080@60hz mpeg-4/3ivx/xvid etc.

i'm ordering that $29 geforce 6200 agp and will fan/clock it to death but i think the 64bit memory bus might suck too much.

anyways geforce 6200 at circuitcity is $29 + tax AR, you aren't going to find anything else you can return easily for that price dude.
