Which video card should I buy (budget)

Viper II for $64 after $20 rebate
or Geforce2 mx with twinview tv-out for around $140
The price is too much but the quality is big too.
Both are so attractive especially viper II price.

If you can afford the GeForce then defintely go with that but if you can't, a TNT2 isn't all that bad either.
