which video card for this MoBo

Hi Everyone,

I'm buying this MoBo and need a video card that works with the MoBo "Model A8N-SLI Deluxe".
any recommendations? I'm not a really demanding gamer, but do play games from time to time. I'm spend a bunch of $$$ to build a nice computer ($1,500 or so), so I might as well get a decent video card I guess.

Will my old RADEON 9600 work with this MoBo in the meantime?

Your video card is AGP and the motherbaord is PCI-Express. The two do not work together so you either need to find an AGP motherboard or a PCI-Express video card. Thats the only real issue with matching motherboards to video cards.

I don't know what kind of games you play and how much money you want to spend on the video card, but here are some recommendations. It sounds like you want something more midranged like a Nvidia 6600GT or ATI X800XL. If you don't play that many demanding games, then save money on the video card and get a nice LCD.
