Which video card for Graphics design

Well I am planning on buying a video card and its primarily used for deisgn of high end graphical web sites and such.
So I am looking for such card which is not too pricey 🙂

And which mother board to choose? I mean go towards AMD or Intel chipset?? I am hearing that intel is better with graphics??
