Which video card can run TitanQuest smoothly?

Titan Quest is playable but it's not smooth. I want a reasonable upgrade; no top-of-the-line.

My System Specs:

Monitor=1680x1050 native resolution
CPU=Pentium D 805 (no OC)
Video Card=nVidia 7600GS SLI
Memory=1GB 533Mhz
Hard Drive=RAID 0
Motherboard=Asus P5N32-SLI Deluxe
Power Supply=Antec NEO 550

I'm thinking single ATI 1950XTX or go SLI with 7900GS SLI. The price for these configuration is roughly equal to 8800GTS anyway. Will Pentium D series enough juice for 8800GTS?

Probably I'd go with a 7900GS or x1900 Pro
