I am wondering, which video capture card has the best quality?? I want to take some pictures and movies of same games for my site, and I was wondering which video capture card was best...

Are we talking 3d?? You probably want a geforce 2/3 depending on what games you want and the size of your pocket book. If it is 2d I heard ATI's have a better 2d performance, but I don't notice any 2d drawbacks with my geforce2.
