I have Sapphire because my previous Radeon cards were all Sapphire. Doesn't really matter though..

I have the two-fan MSI pre-overclocked version, not because of the factory overclock but because I wanted a two-fan version. It is not as quiet as the Sapphire two-fan card, but temperatures are fine, and it was significantly cheaper at the time. I am satisified.

P.S. I have no faith in MSI tiny-fin fan designs, which were likely responsible for at least one of my RMAs in the past, but thankfully they didn't use the tiny-fin style on my card. I prefer larger scoop fins like the ones Sapphire uses on most (all?) of its mid-to-higher-end cards.

I think Sapphire is probably the oldest making Radeons (I think they even built the "built by ati" cards back in the day?), I would probably go with their card...

or
try looking at which one offers the best warranty

I just sold a MSI 7770 OC Dual fan model. Got it originally for $110 AR

It overclocked to 1175/1250 for me. Any higher would cause lockups after a little gaming.
Could benchmark some things at 1200 core, but wasn't stable enough. 1175 gave no issue.

Tons of people get there memory clocks much higher but with mine going over 1250 seemed to cause stability issues as well. (Factory clocks are 1020/1125 on the MSI card)
