Which version of 4870 1GB to buy?

Just at the beginning of the week, I was still considering both PowerColor and Sapphire.

PowerColor is offering an overclocked version of the 4870 1GB DDR5 which is doing 780MHz/3.7GHz.

Sapphire released her Toxic 4870 1GB the day before yesterday which is doing 780MHz/4.0GHz.

Which one is the best to get?

I heard that the non-overclocked version is doing 75MHz/3.6Ghz and can easily be overclocked by 10%, is that true?

Couple of pictures if you're interested.

What sort of temperature are you running after overclocked?

Those are my overclocked temps (820/4600).
