Which "value" memory for my PC?

I have an ABIT motherboard with a Barton 2800+ chip that I need some memory for. I'm not looking to overclock it and was in the market for a 2 GB set of memory. From the ones listed in this Newegg link, or if you know of a better value, which would you choose? I'm debating between the Corsair Value Select for $157.99 and the GiEL for $169.93.

Thanks!

Yep.

Eliminate the PQI, Patriot, A-Data, OCZ OCZ4002048V3DC-K, G.SKILL, and EdgeTech DIMM's they all have slower timings (I know so don't give me the speach on it).

So I have narrowed it down for you.

I would go with the Corsair XMS with the $15 rebate and free shipping or the Crucial that is using high tech BGA chips that run cooler and faster!.
