Which value card do I choose???

Hi everybody...I have a little problem...I will buy a new computer this week, an Athlon XP 2000+ but I don`t which card to buy...a value card..like a geeforce4 440mx or raden 9100...etc, I dunno...please, can anyone gaveme some advice about which value card is the best to buy right now (I don`t care if it is nvidia or ati)?
