Being that you are in the NYC area, the major money center in the world, I imagine the local yellow pages would be informative. Look under International Banking.

Check with the major ones, Chase-Manhattan, BofA, etc....

Chances are it'll be slim pickins.

Im not sure if they have private banks, or just a state bank?
Although i'm sure they have some private banks after 15 years, but i'd imagine none of them are american. German if you're lucky.
