Which UPSs condition power best?

Title says it all, which UPSs out there do the best job of conditioning power. It doesn't even matter to me how long they can keep a system running, or whether they'll support enough output for a monitor and system. The only requirement is that they filter power for extra stability in a building with sometimes flaky power.
 
Well, my Back-UPS Pro does a good job of line conditioning. If you just want line conditioning, why don't you just get a line conditioner?
 
Because I had no idea that there was such a thing? 🙂

So what brands of line conditioners should I be looking at, and where would I actually buy them?
