Which upgraded battery to get for MSI X340 laptop?

Hey guys, this is my 1st laptop and the stock 4300 battery sucks to be honest. I use it for work, so I need a REALLY good battery. Could someone please quickly educate me - how do I know which battery to buy at the store so it'll fit this laptop, and how do I pick the best one? Thanks! 🙂

P.S. Also, the touchpad is slow as hell - even with mouse pointer speed at 100% in control panel, the pointer only gets 2/3 way across the screen before I have to move my finger again. How do I fix this?
