Which under $40 budget card ? 9200? 7000? MX440

Hi, I am building a cheap system with a bunch of recent deals - but I still want decent performance.

It will be based on a $39 Frys special Duron 1.8 and ECS mobo - possibly overclocked to 2.2. This mobo has a 4x AGP slot. I want to spend under $45 on a graphics card - some gaming but not intensive. Whatever I do will be a big upgrade over my daughters existing system.

I can get the following cards:

for $30 Radeon 7000

or for approx $40-$44

9200
7500
7200
MX440

I don't want to spend more than that and don't want to by used. Which of these budget cards would you go with?

The cards you have listed above, suck.

Any 9200 in the $40 range will be a 9200SE, which is a horrible card. You can see its pathetically crippled performance, here.

Increase your budget to $51, and get This card. It will be leagues ahead of anything you have listed.

If you absolutely won't increase your budget, I'd get the MX440 out of those cards.

yup get a 9100, i got a 128mb one and it rulz! for a duron 1.8ghz, u should be able to play most dx8.1 gen games @ 1024x768 with most details on. Be careful for 128mb radeons containing 64-bit buses, if u get one with a 64 bit bus return it, cuz the performance will be crippled, i got a rad 9100 with 128bit bus, pretty sweet.

Ok, if I boost my budget to $51 for that card - is that store you linked to a reputable place to buy from? Haven't dealt with the before. Thanks
