I'm from California, and there are a lot of hotties here. But Texas gives us a run for our money bigtime. I went to Plano and Dallas on business a couple of years back. Man were there a ton of hot blonde women there.

The few times I've traveled outside of Ca, I've missed Ca.
Have not been to Texas. Currently in Indiana... no comment.

You know a lot of those CA cities have large Asian Populations and Asians tend not to be obese as the rest of Americans.

 
Probably California, but UT Austin here in Texas supposedly has the largest concentration of hot college chicks in the world, according to Playboy.

fmb boots is a touch redundant. fmb or fm boots would have sufficed.

I'd have to say South America (I know it's not a state, but I don't care). Women down there are almost all at least 7's.

P.S. I'm surprised there haven't been more pics considering the crowd we have here.
