Which type of radiators configuration is best ?
Dual 240mm*25mm slim radiators or Single 480mm*86mm (Alphacool Monsta).
I want to cool 2950x OC + VRMs + GTX 1080Ti

depends on what fan you are intending on using as well as what pump and how many pump(s).

Something with very high static, lots of noise, but enough pressure to cause a typhoon in your house, a slim rad with high FPI is probably the best paired with dual pumps in series to work out restriction and preserve flow.

Something quiet, with fans with high static, but not noise to rival a jet plane, then a monsta is good, as it will have less restrictions, and more optimized fpi for quieter fans.

Thanks for replying.
So, i should get a 480mm monsta radiator, right?
I will be using single D5 pump. I have around 6 of Noctua NF-P12 1700rpm lying around which were removed from previous build. I will get different fans for push-pull if this isn't sufficient.
My case is thermaltake level 20 XT, it can house 3x 480mm monsta.
I have read on few places on internet that alphacool radiators are very dirty from inside (specially monsta). Is it true ? if yes then how to clean it properly ? any chemical combination ?

you can wash any rad by pouring in warm water, then rinsing it with distilled.

Just heat up some water, let it stand out so near warm / hot but not scalding hot.
You should be able to stick your finger in without burning yourself, but it should feel bath hot.
Make sure you wear some gloves as the radiator will get hot.
Shake the radiator a few times with the water inside, and then pour out.
Repeat it a few times, until you realize the water coming out is clear.

Then put distilled water in the rad and flush out the tap water you used to rinse it out.

And to be honest i really dont like the monsta because its honestly too thick.
If you ever wanted to change case, or something, a rad that thick will limit your choices.
I would probably go for something like a NeXXXoS UT60 class, as its more manageable, with marginable cooling performance differences.

Even then i would probably see if i can extend my budget a bit and grab 2 x 360's over 1 x 480, as 480's themselves are difficult to mount outside sepcialized cases over a 360.
And when you pair a 360 using symmetry they look nice.

I also recommend you getting Nidac Gentle Typhoons 2150RPM PWM fans
https://www.coolerguys.com/collecti...-series-d1225c12b-1450-1850-2150-and-4250-rpm

^ those guys, as they are better then noctua's until you get to the 3000rpm IPC series, which are very loud.
