I'm on a pretty tight budget so i dont wanna spend more than say a 100 or 120 on memory, so which is the best performing memory i should get for my gaming pc?

Twinmos Speed Premiums for $55 / 512MB Stick of DDR400. I've yet to see anything BUT UTT / BH-5 coming from this ram. I myself received both and they're UTT.

Well you didn't say what your gaming PC was, but assuming it's a skt 939 A64, you'de be plenty good enough with corsair VS, or this CL2 G. Skill seems to be a good choice.

What kind of system do you have? Will you be overclocking? This is important because A64s work practically as well with budget memory as with the lower latency stuff. Or you might want to spend a bit more on better memory to make sure that you RAM doesn't hold you back when you overclock.
