Which type of cable do I need?

When connecting a hub to the NIC on the client computer (if it matters) do I use a regular CAT5 patch cable or do I need Crossover cable?
Thanks for the input.

Anything that looks like a host (computer, print server, router...)connecting to anything that looks like a hub (switch) will be a straight-through cable. anytime you connect similar devices (hub/switch to hub/switch....or host to host) will usually be a crossover cable.

Some manufacturers deviate, but this works as a general rule.
