Which tweaking utility is best?

I am getting a Ti4400 tomorrow. I'm wondering wich utility I should use to O/C. Ive used Power Strip but dont like how it sits in my system tray (using system resources I assume). Ive had problems with NVmax, and their web site is non-existant right now.
What's up with registry hacks.

Nowadays, you won't gain much by overclocking your video card since it's already powerful enough. (Unless you wanna show off you benchmarks)
IMO, video card overclocking is for the old time (I o/ced my Riva 128 and Riva TNT/TNT2 Ultra when I played Quake II/III and Half Life but no more with my GF2GTS)

I tried using coolbits but after I typed the hack it gave me a error in nvqtwk.dll missing entry nvhwctl. I tried installing it again and got nothing.
