Upgrading the bedroom TV from a 32" Dynex.
Leaning towards this one. 1.07 billion, SRS trusurround XT, and 40" viewable are the advantages.

This one is 8 lbs lighter and does 1080p/24. Don't really care about the weight, and I read that 1080p/24 isn't really much of a bonus on a 60hz TV. This one is 38.5" viewable with sound listed as 3d, but not trusurround, so just assuming it might be a touch worse. I doubt I'll ever use speakers on the bedroom TV.

Price difference is $10 at Wal-mart.
