which tv tuner card?

i have an agp radeon 8500 so i cant really get a new AWI and also theyre way to expensive... im considering an old pci ATI AIW card but thats kinda on the old side... can anyone recommend a relatively new, good PCI tv tuner card?

ATI's TV Tuner Wonder is a good card, great when used with Win98SE or even WinME BUT when used with WinXP not that great. Be prepared to use third party software for a clearer picture. I use PowerVCR II and WinDVR instead of ATI's bundled software. You would think that ATI could get it right (for WinXP users).
