Which Tucows Mirror is the best?

I have OptimumOnline - a cable ISP that has a fat downstream pipe (5mbps). I'd like to take advantage of my bandwith so which mirror (preferably in the East Coast) is the fastest? I've tried the Macronet one in New York (ack 11kb/sec at 6:30pm EST). I've tried the Connecticut Online one (about 80kb/sec at 6:30). I'd like something that's at least over 200kb during primetime hours. Thanks!

I seem to get the best throughput from the Epix mirror in Pennsylvania. Most of the New York and New Jersey mirrors are much slower for me.
