Which Toshiba TV should I buy??

Option #1) I already ordered this one from Amazon but I can still cancel:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obi...ectronics&n=507846

This one is $1425 shipped plus I get the $150 GC in a few weeks. Then, I still have a $125 GC left to buy a component shelf. But, I don't get it for another 2 weeks or so.

Option #2) I was looking at this one from Best Buy (Toshiba 51H84). It is on sale for $1529 plus I have a 10% off coupon and my $125 GC. So, the final price would be $1350 with tax. Then, I would still have to buy a component shelf. So, that would cost me another $100 or so. I can pick this one up myself on Monday. Total cost: $1450

Option #3) Tweeter.com has the previous year's model (51H83) for $1199 Shipped free + Tax. Total would be about $1287 after tax.

I would still have my $125 GC for Best Buy to get a component shelf. Seems like the only difference is the newer model has the HDMI input as opposed to the DVI input. Total cost: $1287

So, I can save about $200 by going with the previous model.

Any advice??

Thanks!

Anyone think there would be much benefit to HDMI input over Optical/Component inputs? That seems to be the main difference between the 51H83 and the 51H84.

Your links are busted.

HDMI does carry sound, but its main benefit is as a digital connection for video.

Thanks for the info. The links are fixed.

I am leaning more towards the Amazon TV due to the $150 gift card I will get in a few weeks and being able to use my $125 Best Buy gift card towards the component shelf.
