Which to Trust

So, I have a Core2 Duo and have the voltage in my BIOS set to 1.50V. The motherboard monitoring sensors report this consistently as around ~1.46V. Which would you trust as the actual voltage (and I don't have access to a multimeter).

Check the forums of the mfg of the mobo to see if there are any existing threads. Some mobos run high, some low, some right on the bios settings, so YMMV.
