Which to go with for oc'ing a san diego to 2.8 ghz

Ive seen the review for both at anandtech website, but i was wondering which one could go to around 280 mhz fsb at 2-2-2-5 timings with the right amount of voltage. I will be taking a Dfi motherboard and going to do 280X10 = 2.8ghz (DUH) with whichever ram that can do 280 mhz fsb. Plz help me out and tell me which ram will go higher than 250 mhz fsb at a 1:1 ratio!

Forgot to say which san diego cpu lol, i will be taking the 3700+ from 2.2ghz to 2.8 .

Why do you have to get it 1:1? Can't you run a divider?
