Which TIM should I use??

That said, my standard is IC7 for high perf applications, MX-2 for more regular fare (or stuff that will be mounted and unmounted more frequently than a hooker on the corner)

Yeah I need to get with the times with the current offerings, i ran out of AS5 last year and only had a tube of this crap Noctua NT-H1 i got with a NH-D14 cooler for another build and its dried up for sure cause my i5 2500 non k is hitting a good high 70's on a moderate game load.:|

Today I received the IC diamond 7 tube, applied it under the IHS and heatsink and right now I'm getting average 1-2C higher load than mx2 under IHS and heatsink. But I will give it a 2-3 months try and see if the temperature rise.
