Have fitted an orb on me Duron, I used the thermal sticker on teh HSF, But, under full load i am at 55c! That isn't good, I want to clock to 1000Mhz, but it wouldn't even boot at that, i didn't remove the thermal from my previous HSF - the FOP

AANy Ideas on thermal grease, or is this another problem?

First, no orb has been invented that compares to the cooling of a FOP38. I think your problemn lies with the orb (no matter which one), not your thermal interface material. Though, did understand correctly that you transferred to the orb without cleaning the chip first? A good cleaning of both CPU and orb, followed by a thin application of thermal paste would help, but moving to a better HSF would probably help more.
