Which Temperature to Believe?

Simple question really and I think I know the answer already.... In the PC Health section of my Bios, the Temperature of the CPU reads 39 Celcuis, Sandra says 29 Celcius.. which should I believe? Is the PC Health reading fairly acurrate?

Which software program out there does everyione recommend to be accurate, so I can monitor within W2K?
