Which temp reading is correct?

Hey everyone sorry for more noob questions, but I my problem is I get two different temp readings and would like to know which one I should go by. My bios says 40-42c and my other programs that I use ex. RealTempGT 3.70 and CoreTemp and Speedfan say 30-33c. Which one should I go by?
