Which TBird using Copper?

I heard TBird are using both aluminium and copper, depending on speed grades.
Does anyone know which speed is guaranteed using copper (below 950Mhz)?
I'm considering 800Mhz Tbird. How is the chance that I will get copper?
How much chance do you think it will hit 1.1Ghz?
 
old 1.1s and 1.2s are copper for sure, but you can find copper 750's. the best bet for getting one that i know if is to by retail from a store that moves a lot of product, that way you are getting newer stock. an 800 retail would be a prety good bet and might do 1.1ghz.
