Which tablet should I get?

I am using iPad 2 presently (32 Gig, WiFi + Cellular) and am pretty satisfied with the performance and battery life too. Voted for iPad 4 Retina in the poll.

would u really want to be stuck with a $200-500 nexus tablet two months fromn now? you gonna be, like, "dayum dis is da shiz..."

The Slatebook looks nice. But it's not coming out until August, so that may be closer to 3 months wait. And it's made by HP. The HP Envy X2 Win 8 tablet seems to be kinda crappy and they just released the crappiest 7 inch tablet. So I'm not oozing with confidence.

Google hasn't yet announced it's next Nexus tablet. ASUS hasn't mentioned it's next Transformer (which is odd, they like to talk about stuff early). Samsung's Galaxy Tab 3 looks like crap. The Sony Xperia Z looks a bit overpriced.

Not really being filled with much confidence of anything really good coming soon for Android tablet. But I'm just hoping Google does have a new Nexus 7 coming this summer.

yeah im surprised there havent been more announcements esp since tablets have sort of fallen behind phones a bit, but it may be that companies are saving stuff for back to school a month from now

I am eagerly waiting for iPad mini 2. Most probably it will be in my hands in October 2013.

I just ordered a Nook HD+ 32GB for $180. Seems like a great deal. I'll see how it goes.
