Which system would you keep?

You have the choice of two computer systems, well, at least the barebones of each....

System #1:

Asus Maximus Formula mb
Q9550 cpu (cpu can hit 4GHz on 1.3V---can hit 3.8GHz with 1.18V)
4GB (2x2GB) Mushkin Redline DDR2-1000 (PC2 8000) RAM



System #2:

MSI X58M mATX mb
Core i7 920 cpu (SLBEJ stepping--D0--and 3845B batch, unk. OC'ing ability)
6GB (3x2GB) Patriot Viper DDR3-1333 (PC3-10666) RAM (7-7-7-20 timings)


Parts that'll be used on either system.......

ATI 4870 1GB video card
1TB WD Black hd
1TB WD Green HD
Obligatory optical drives (2 DVD+/-RW drives)


So, which would you keep and which barebones would you sell?
