Which system is better for gaming?

My system now...

2 gigs of ram running in dual channel mode with CPU at 3.15 (450 FSB and 7 multiplier)



or 3 gigs of ram not running in dual channel mode with CPU at 2.8 (400 FSB and 7 multiplier)?


This system would be better for Medieval War 2, right?... more ram could handle more men on the battlefield.

I doubt MW2 eats more then 2gb of ram, but I also doubt it uses your CPU to it's fullest extent.
