The 2100+ has been shown to run the same or better than the P4 2.4b for gaming. Same goes for the GF4 tii4200 vs the 9000pro. (Anandtech articles/reviews).

As for encoding, the Intel beats the AMD hands down.

So, for gaming system 1 is better. Plus you get the extra memory.

The AMD rig seems like a more powerful system. However you edited the configuration since yesterday.
