Which Switch?

hey I am think bout getting a 16 Port Switch for my house, as my 5 port hub has been maxed out for awhile, and I have to choose which computer to unplug to hookup my laptop, and I am in the process of putting in Hardwired CAT5 to the rest of my house... anyways, I would like to spend less than $200 for it, and have had my eye on This one. Anyone know places with a better deal, or know if that place is selling a peice of crap?

I love it! This is called ARP and every switch does it, but I've never seen it hyped up as a cool feature like this.
