Which Switch supports 4-byte ASN?

Can someone explain why that would matter with a switch?
Aren't switches primarily L2 devices?

To answer your question, layer 3 switches provide significantly better forwarding rates than routers at equivalent price points. Layer 3 switches are primarily used in most enterprise networks instead of routers because of this. "Routers" are used where more features are necessary (packet shaping, additional interface types, etc).
