Buy.com has netgear, linksys, and smc 16 port 10/100 switches all around $140 with free shipping. I just happen to need a 16 port switch. Any reason to get one over another? I also need a cable tester and don't have a clue where or what to look for. A fluke would be nice but I'm looking for something much cheaper. Any suggestions? Thanks!
