Probably last Summer (03). I worked my ass off during the spring semester, and my reward was that my last semester at college that summer I got to take classes like volleyball.

Much beer was consumed, and the beach was visited frequently. Like four or five nights a week. Great times.

Geez. All my summers a very memorable.
Best time of the year.
I spend the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons waiting for summer to come.

by far, the summer after high school graduation, in 1999.

I spent a month in Europe with my friends, had a cushy 9-5 job as a file clerk, and spent tons of time hanging out and partying with my high school gang. I also spent most of the summer in love with 3 different people, which was nice. Didn't end up with any of them, but there's still something nice about feeling such a strong emotion for so long of a time.

The only real downside was that the drama reached a high point by the end. My best friend and I got into an all-out fist fight / brawl (5 years later, and we still aren't speaking to eachother; it takes some effort to even get us in the same room), and another good friend cheated on his girlfriend (another really great friend of mine), with my other best friend's girlfriend.

But all the drama happened at the end of the summer... Before that, the summer really rocked.

Every Summer when I was in College. Had money and didn't have to work for it so I spent almost every day at the beach and every evening at the Crows Nest drinking Mai Tai's!

Hmmm, very hard to answer. Three have kicked butt:

1996: Best friend and I took off to Europe for a month. Visited Germany, Austria, and Italy. We returned to experience the massive Atlanta party known as the Centennial Olympic Games.

2002: Another friend and I took off to Europe. Nine countries visited in six weeks. Ibiza anyone?

2003: I lived on a Greek island for two months: slept in, spent all day at the beach, gawked at the nude Swedish hotties, and partied all night.
