Which Sub-~$100 Scanner Do you Recommend? (WinXP)

I need to get a scanner to get a bunch of pictures on the web. The scanner will be used semi-frequently over the next year or so at least. I would like to stay somewhere around, or preferably below, $100. Win XP pro is the OS that I will be using the scanner with...

Watch for a Visioneer 8500 deal. Great scanner WAY under $100.

If image quality is important to you, then it's hard to beat an Epson Perfection scanner for the money, IMHO.
