How far is your computer from the TV? I've been using my PS3 and PlayOn to do what you're doing but never much liked it. After upgrading my video card a few months ago, I just realized this week that my new card has HDMI out that can also carry audio. So I picked up a 20' HDMI cable for $8.50 and ran it from my computer to my TV. Nothing else needed 🙂
